Returns are accepted within 7 days from the time you receive your package, please contact us if you need any help.

You must return items packaging and in the same condition as when you have first.

All items must be in their original form and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. In this case, you will not be issued a full refund.


Please return by mailing at your local post office and be noted that the mailing fee is not pre-paid.

Postage for returning will be reimbursed for items that are not faulty or damaged.

Rules and Conditions:

1. Item must be shipped to us within 7 days of your receipt. We will offer free shipping if it is an exchange.

2. For items shipped to us more than 7 days of your receipt, you will need to pay US$15 for the exchange.

3. No exchange for items delivered for more than a month after your receipt.

4. Products must be 100% complete and clean as its original form. Not washed, stained, altered and have all original tags/labels attached and must be accompanied by any original packaging.

5. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange. If the product is in a bad condition already and the buyer doesn't agree to pay for its cleaning fee, we will not ship the product back.
