Thank you for shopping with Heroine. We offer worldwide international shipping services using the most suitable delivery methods for different regions.
The following countries are available for international shipping. When placing an order, select your region to see the countries eligible for delivery.

International shipping regions are based on the countries and areas provided by Chunghwa Post. Some countries may not be eligible for full-region delivery.
國際運送地區以中華郵政所訂國家及地區為準。有些國家可能沒有提供全區域配送。

運費將依收件國家、商品重量及包裹尺寸於結帳時自動計算。
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country, parcel weight, and package size.
若訂單內含預購商品，將待商品全數到貨後一併寄出。
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items become available.
2. 關稅與進口稅說明
Customs, Duties & Taxes
國際訂單可能因各國海關規定，而產生關稅、增值稅（VAT）、進口稅或其他相關費用。
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other related fees according to your country's regulations.
上述費用不包含於商品售價及運費內，需由收件人自行負擔。
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. 訂單追蹤
Order Tracking
訂單寄出後，我們將透過 Email 提供物流追蹤編號。
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
您可以透過以下方式查詢物流狀態：

- 當地郵政或物流網站
You can track your shipment through:
- Your Heroine account order history
- Your local postal or courier service website
物流資訊更新可能需要 24-72 小時，請耐心等候。
Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to become available after shipment.
4. 國際退換貨政策
International Returns & Exchanges
基於個人衛生考量，貼身衣物一經拆封或使用，恕無法辦理退換貨。
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been opened or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
如需辦理尺寸更換，請於收到商品後 7 日內聯繫客服。
If you need a size exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your order.
退回商品須符合以下條件：
- 未使用、未下水清洗
- 商品及包裝完整
- 吊牌及配件齊全
- 無人為損壞或污損
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unwashed
- Original packaging intact
- Tags and accessories included
- No signs of wear, damage, or contamination
除商品瑕疵或寄送錯誤外，國際退換貨之來回運費需由買家自行負擔。
Unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for all international return and exchange shipping costs.
